AusPrint Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
This competition is open to all Australian businesses and their owners, the owners must have a valid ABN. Entrants must be 16 years or older. Employees of AusPrint and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Competition Period:
The competition starts on 12th March 2024 1:00am and ends on Friday the 22nd of March 11:59pm, 2024. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter:
Participants must complete the entry form with their details and the details of a friend’s business. Each unique pair of businesses constitutes a separate entry. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Prizes:
The prize for each winning entry is 20 custom printed AS Colour Staple Tees for the entrant's business and 20 for the nominated friend’s business. The shirts will include a full colour front pocket print and a back print. No embroidery is included. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will be conducted by 5th April 2024.
Notification:
The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Redemption:
The prize must be redeemed within 30 days of the winner being notified. Failure to redeem the prize within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize. The total Prize value is $840 and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
Entry Conditions:
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability:
AusPrint will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the entrant's participation in the competition or from the entrant's acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
Data Protection and Privacy:
Personal information submitted by entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and best practices, including for the purpose of administering the competition and distributing the prizes. We will email the second business if they are not on our newsletter with the opportunity to unsubscribe to all notifications.
